The 9/11, terrorists attacked New York in the morning. Two planes have crashed on the twins towers of World Trade Center. During the attack, more than thousand of people were injured, or killed. Among these people, two hundred firemen are dead while they tried to save people into the towers...

So, let's see how they risk their lives for the good of America.

Besides, how you can remember, there was so smoke, and  much fire; it wasn't the easiest situation for work.. 

_Then they couldn't see anything, it was so terrible! Fortunatly, firemen were here for the New Yorkers, and it's so amazing to think about how much they have been courageous!

Well, inhabitants of New york (even the United States) could consider them, -even today- firefighters as heroes. They put their lives at risk. Moreover, the NYFD killed in the attack can say that they haven't done it for nothing! Each fireman can be proud of himself.

During they triyed to reduce the damage, they helped wounded, put off the fire, while they even injured themselves.

They deserve the surname of "Ground heroes", because when we see photos of the Ground Zero, we realize how much they have  been invested in this horror..

Althought, firemen's families can be proud of their son, father, husband or friend, surely they're still sad.

Finally, for the next 9/11 in 2011 (it will be 10 years that the world trade center's building collapsed), we can obviously pay a tribute to ALL these men. Barack Obama and one of firefighters of NY (Rich Miccio) will pay themselves a tribute to the NYDF who have been killed or who are today sick, because they ARE trues heroes!
